Our Story
It started with a pandemic and the emotional struggles that everyone, including us, was dealing with. During an evening of commiserating, Franne and Becky decided that they needed to do something to normalize mental health and get people talking about mental health. Mental health, and sometimes mental illness, is something we all have. Sometimes we are mentally great and sometimes we all need help. And Shrink Rap the Podcast was born.
So please listen and enjoy. We hope you learn things. Most importantly, we hope you learn that asking for help is a show of strength. And don’t forget….be kind.
